Three Australia Threatens Me With A Debt Collection Agency
I told three that I refused to pay any more of my Mobile broadband costs because they have not been delivering mobile BROADBAND. They said that I am free to do that but reminded me they would mark me on the credit database and engage a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding amount. WHAT A CORPORATE BULLY. Ripping me off and then threatening to ruin my credit rating that would make it difficult to obtain personal and home loans as well as essential service connection should I move my place of residence. As I say somewhere else in this blog, it is not worth the stress. You have to pay them all the money it seems, you signed the contract that is all in their favour, really, who reads all of that fine print, the retail stores need a three standard issue magnifying glass. There is nothing in the contract that says they must uphold their end of the deal by providing a reliable service a well a broadband speeds, otherwise I would already have my refund.
Cancelling Your 3 Mobile Broadband Contract
This is impossible to do without incurring the cost of paying out your entire contract. Save yourself the heart ache, stress and frustration arguing for a refund. Just pay your monthly bill and arrange for termination a month or so before your contract ends. Do what ever you have to so that you do not pay for another month past your end of contract. It is better to check earlier than later. Just putting your 3 mobile broadband modem away is going to save you a lot of time and stress, it is worth it doing it this way. Perhaps make enquireies with the communications ombudsmen regarding proceedings against three mobile australia, which is really Hutchinson's. Kepp a diary of slow response and calls to the customer care centre and a record of each time the connection drops out and other problems, it may be more trouble than it is worth. Just realize you have been scammed, taken for a ride by three mobile broadband Australia. WITH THE SLOW RESPONSE AND SUB BROADBAND OR SHOULD I SAY DIAL UP SPEED, YOU ARE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR. Perhaps it is written in the contract that they can supply you with substandard speed. Just remeber, it does say BROADBAND and you have not been getting what you paid for. If you have a special rate or monthly discount, the discount may not apply to each month in a cancellation pay out.
Three Mobile Broadband Cost Me extra Shipping Charges
Because I was not able to communicate with an overseas store, items ordered were not held until my other back order came in causing it to be sent in 2 shipments on different days. They had sent me emails but because of THREE MOBILE BROADBAND I WAS UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. Do not use the three mobile broadband for any business use, IT WILL LET YOU DOWN AND COST YOU MONEY.
Three Mobile Broadband Australia Caused Me to Loose An Auction
Because I could not connect I was not able to bid on the item of my choice on that popular auction site. I spent a week researching the item, downloading the manual of it and other compareable items. After so much reseach I was ready to pounce on it BUT I COULD NOT BUY IT BECAUSE THREE MOBILE BROADBAND AUSTRALIA DID NOT LET ME CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. I should have known this might happen as earlier I had to use a public internet cafe to gain access to the internet for my research.
Three Mobile Broadband Australia Ruined My Mac
Yes that's right, the infallible MAC has been compromised. I don't know what the hell their software does but it makes my MAC play up freeze and CRASH. If I'm lucky I can terminate the browser and the day is saved. THIS HAPPENS NEARLY EVERY DAY. Now that I have disonnected the 3 Mobile Broadband device my Mac sleeps when it should, when I type in a word processor the characters appear the split second I type them, not 5 seconds. The three sofware and hardware is responsible for this, I have run monitoring software and it keeps switching to handle interrupts for 3 mobile broadband, activity monitor and logs can show some of this but that's not the best way to monitor it. Since I no longer use three mobile broadband my Mac does not crash and runs faster in every way, MAC the way it was supposed to be befopre three mobile broadband infected it. USB is not the best most efficient way for communications but that is all they have. I guess the slide in BUS cards they once had would be the way to go but they are more expensive to produce, anyway, their connection manager software would wreck it anyway. I guess they like the usb modems because they can fit their software of it's virtual drive rather than giving you a cd, more money saved. I guess this is why they dropped the bus card style modems which would be the superior way to interface the the computer directly into the bus, not some cave man usb device.
Where Is the 3 Customer Care Call Cantre ?
They have a chain of retail stores that I guess are privately owned and that's about it. I guess there is a marketing department somewhere but do not for one second image a building full of employees ready to answer your calls to three customer care. Customer care has been farmed out to a call centre in India. So much for Three Mobile Broadband supporting the country of it's customers ! You MAY but most certainly WILL have communication problems with English articulation and comprehension.
