The drop outs will happen even if you are within range of their tower, well within range, even if it is at the end of your street. It dops out becauase the networkl can not cope with the traffic of all the users. But do not worry, THREE Mopbile broadband Australia will hold true their promise that reception can be effected by climate. Wind and rain will make this unstable network even more shakey.
